Cancellation Policy

Changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing an order. After this timeframe, the order will have entered processing. If canceled within 24 hours, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We carefully package products to prevent damage during shipping. Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery. Email us at with a clear photo of the damage. We'll determine eligibility for a no-cost replacement. We don't refund, replace, nor accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

While we aim for timely delivery, we're not responsible for delays outside our control. For issues, contact the courier directly. We're not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address
